Bailey Work Center-Bailey, CO

The Property, located in Bailey, CO,is a multi-building compound comprised of three main structures which sit on approximately 1.378 acres. The former Forest Service work center consists of the following:

Û  &nbsp ;   Residential dwelling #1 – a 2,612 ftô residence,of which approximately 1318 ft² is on the main floor, 132 ft²is on the upper floor, and 1162 ft² is in the basement;

Û  & nbsp;   Residential dwelling#2 -a 1,013 ft² residence with 252 ft² attached garage, of which approximately 685 ft² is on the main floor and 328 ft²is in the basement;

Û&nbsp ;     Garage shop – a 1809 ft² garage/shop,of which approximately 904 ft² each is on the main floor and upper floor; and

Û  & nbsp;   Shed – a 54 ft² shed.

The structures, built in 1938, hosted Forest Service employees for both housing and work space. The smaller residence with attached garage, once served as an office. Utilities to the site include electric, natural gas, phone, water, and sewer. A well once served the site,but has since been converted over to city water.
