The house was built in 1985 with approximately 1,357 +/- square feet, and the shed is approximately 357 +/- square feet. The house is a two-story single family residence with total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The land will be retained by the U.S. National Park Service and the property is only available for off-site removal and the land must be fully restored. Additionally, the septic tank must be removed and backfilled to the natural grade of the site to the satisfaction of the Government.
Any and all bids placed in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) must be in compliance with, and submitted pursuant to, all the terms and provisions of this IFB, including without limitation, the Property Description; Terms of Sale; Instructions to Bidders; Notices and Covenants; and Bid Form for Purchase of Government Pr operty.
This IFB contains information and forms necessary for interested parties to bid to purchase the Property. It shall be the responsibility of each Bidder to familiarize him or herself with this IFB, Including the Terms of Sale, the Instructions to Bidders, and any other information or materials included in the IFB or that may be made available under separate co ver.
Bids for the purchase of the Government-owned Property described in the Property Description portion of this Invitation for Bids will be received continuously and will be posted at RealEstateSales.gov.
SPECIAL DEPOSIT:
Additional special deposit in the amount of $2,500.00 is required. Please see Johnson House and Shed IFB on page 08, section 22 for more information.

The Property will be open for inspection by appointment.
