The buyer must provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to disassemble, remove, and load this equipment. AAFES cannot assist in the process or provide and equipment or tools. All utilities will be disconnected by AAFES however the successful bidder will be responsible for confirming utilities are disconnected prior to commencing with removal. All work must be accomplished in a safe manner and in compliance with any applicable codes or regulations. Any debris generated by the removal of this equipment will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be properly disposed of. Buyer will be responsible for any damage caused to the property that is not consistent with the removal of the cooler. Base security applies. Do not attempt to gain access to the base if you cannot pass a criminal background check.
